He also worked as assistant of the General Direction and as Responsible of Special Projects at the Miroglio Textile Group. In 1996 he founded ORS.

After a long experience as a consultant in Morgan Greenfeld for the International Corporate Structure and Taxation, and then in CAP Scientific, SEMA, ORES e MVA, since 1997 Al Hynd coordinates the development activities of the most sophisticated products of optimization in ORS.
